We actively moderate posts and block users if they post abusive or otherwise undesirable content—including, but not limited to:

• Hate speech
• Advertisements
• Automated messages

We reserve the right to moderate content and block users for any reason. We reserve the right to edit submission, for example (but not limited to), for grammar, for spelling, or for formatting. We will not make changes to the substance or meaning of submissions.

Submissions that are approved do not imply any endorsement by our team or any Harvard entity.

If you upload a photo to dearharvard.org for your postcard image, you confirm that you have a valid copyright to the usage of the photo. By submitting a card, you also consent to having your card printed out later and displayed in a public space on the Harvard campus. Details will be added here as we learn them.

Finally, if you desire to have your postcard removed from our website, please email Katherine Lou at [email protected]. Please also direct any questions, suggestions, comments, complaints, or DMCA notices and other take down requests to this email.
